Shri Amol S. Sheth

Shri Amol S. Sheth, a promoter Member, is the Director of the Company. He has been in the business for more than 15 years and has been involved in all the facets of the business operations and management. He brings tremendous insights into the business intricacies along with the infectious enthusiasm for any initiative.

He is a Commerce graduate and has done various management/leadership courses in India and USA. Though well versed with all the aspect of business, he has specific strengths in the areas of Strategy & Finance. He works on strategy formulation and is relentless in his pursuit of professionalizing the business and plotting a visionary path forward. Amongst various first time initiatives, he was also instrumental in getting an E.R.P. (SAP) implemented at Anil Bioplus Limited, which was the first of such implementation in the comparable sized companies in India. He continually puts lots of emphasis on systems & processes and has been keenly championing the adaptation of modern management & work practices like 5S, Kaizen, Quality Circles, TPM, TQM etc. in the company.


 
Shri Nalin Kumar Thakur  

Shri Nalin Kumar Thakur

Shri Nalin Kumar Thakur brings more than 29 years of experience in the field of Systems & Processes, out of which more than 15 years have been with Anil Group. His previous experience was, 14 years in the field of Systems with Tata Steel. Presently, he is heading Human Resource, Personnel & Administration, Systems, and Information Technology Services.

He, along with CMD, Shri Amol S. Sheth was instrumental in bringing SAP and implementing it at Anil in 1999 - 2000. He has designed and implemented the Project Management System which is being used quite effectively by the project designing and implementing teams of all the companies in the Group. Lot of cultural changes initiatives were led by him. He has been the driving force behind the implementation of various management / work practices - 5S, CEDAC, KANBAN, TPM, KAIZEN, GEMBA-KAIZEN, Quality Circles etc.

He has also successfully led various B.P.R. initiatives, He designed a unique organizational mapping tool "PRISM Mapping". This is a very effective facilitation tool which can be put to great use for implementing an ERP, BPR initiatives or/and any such organizational effectiveness program. He believes that cultural transformation can only be brought about by the meaningful changes in the work practices. His hobbies include reading books on literature, philosophy & history (mainly various civilizations, connections between/amongst them, rise and fall of empires & dynasties). Other interests include meeting new people, visiting new places and following cricket & soccer.
